Creams Cafe Blackburn — Restaurant in England

The most atrocious customer service! We placed an order off Uber, the staff at the establishment accepted the order and notifications stated shop staff would deliver the order. We then received notification stating the order was on the way. An hour later I receive a phone call from a member of staff who spoke to my husband and told him to come and collect the order as they had no delivery drivers. He left to collect and staff called me again, the same man that spoke to my husband spoke to me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. He wanted me to go to collect even after I stated I have a baby at home and my husband was already on the way. He argued it was Ubers problem and my order will be cancelled but not given to my husband despite already being made. He interrupted as I spoke and cut the call whilst I was speaking. Once my husband got there, he had the same attitude, not one member of staff was helpful. Extremely unprofessional customer service. Who employs people like this. Will never be ordering from there again, will stick to my usual places. If they had no drivers no problem but why wait an hour to contact me to say they can’t deliver, literally idiots...

Absolutely disgusted with creams. I was a regular at the old place. However this is my second time ordering from the petrol station creams and the cake slice for £10.00 is beyond disgusting. The minuscule size of the cake matched with an extortionate high price is beyond ridiculous. Atleast give the moneys worth. I paid £28.00 for tiny slim cake pieces. I could have got a whole cake with £30. Please feel free to up the prices but fear Allah with what you give for that amount. Ps. On top of that the cake was stale and definitely...

Don't think I've ever used creams till tonight. Honestly. Amazing. Had a personalization to my order the staff were extremely accommodating. Food was all cooked to perfection still warm.
