Sands Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in England

We have come for 5 years now and love it. Starters always fly out of the kitchen (I've seen people complain about a 10 minute waiting time ... well, some people are only happy if they can moan😂). Yes it can take up to 10 minutes if the restaurant is full and one orders a lot of starters. The food is hot and great. Please bare In mind that this is a Buffett (all you can eat) at a cheap price - the choice is limited to the classic favourites - if you are looking for something Michelin star worthy I'd recommend an a la carte restaurant with prices starting from 50quid for a glass of oxygen 🤗 The ladies working there are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome. Been ordering here for 4 years now they asked me if ive ordered from them before which i explained we have for 4 years now, they then asked me how i new they was undercooked/raw inside??????? Im Shocked to say the least, chips came undercooked , called and they replaced 2nd batch also not cooked.... so the ladies was laughing on phone and said we will issue refund call ended......Next I know driver at my door again wanting chips that was in bin.......so I had to dig them out of bin as she had to them bring back........so I pulled them out of bin......Needless to say we only order chips when we have Chinese as 1 of are children will not eat anything...

So I don’t normally go to this Chinese I’ve lived in Ludgershall my whole life and always gone to the one next door which I’ve never had problems with but someone recommend going to this one this time, I ordered crispy chilli beef and rice the rice was fine and also my partners meal was fine but the beef I had tasted funny I only ate half of it.

1 day later I’m vomitting and have been on the toilets 30+ times I’ve been to doctors and I have food poisoning they have taken a sample and confirmed it was meat plus when vomiiting I could taste it.
