Beautiful location, but extremely rude staff. My partner and I took our 3 year old here to meet a family member we hadn’t seen in years. They ordered our son a normal hot chocolate instead of child’s one. We didn’t mind though as it’s not a big deal as I can share his. However when the lady brought it over she was extremely rude. She began telling us that we shouldn’t have ordered him that, it’s too much for him, it’s not appropriate and as his parents we should’ve gotten the children’s one. Ultra helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend Otter garden centre coffee shop over the unhelpful and over priced Dial coffee shop at Cockington. We would not recommend Seven Dials...

After my husband commented, these were taken away and eventually 2 larger cups arrived. A mocha should be a lovely combination of chocolate and coffee. What we were given tasted solely of incredibly sweet hot...
