Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

My experience was during lockdown and have to say I was very happy with the service and the coffee...after spending 2 weeks in cornwall I realised just how much I not only missed starbucks coffee but a decent cappuccino as it doesn't exist in Cornwall (not surprising as their probably all tea drinkers I guess and use the weakest coffee going). The staff were competent and were efficient as I didn’t wait long to place my order nor receive my lovely cappuccino. Its only after spending 2 weeks in Cornwell do I really appreciate just how much training goes into training starbucks staff to make the perfect Cappaccino 👍 I thank the staff who do their very best to serve the perfect coffee ☕ Costa staff could learn a thing or two...

Nice enough to look at. Got seating outside. Polite staff. Efficient. Plenty of seating. Car park is small. However... There are flies all over behind the counter landing and crawling on everything including the coffee machine. No fly zapper in evidence. There is a subway directly opposite with no flies around them.

The seating area in this services was dirty. Went to sit down and there was food and sauce stains on a lot of the tables and food and crumbs on the chairs and floor. As this is at 8am i cant see why it...

I went today. First time. Very, very expensive. 2 coffees and one sandwich (ham and cheese) £14.90. I have been shocked. And, this would have been ok if that coffee was good. It was horrible and watery. I asked for mint flavor syrup with it, I have not tasted any. It was terrible. Staff was friendly and nice, hence 2 stars. I will avoid it.
