Absolute Disgrace â Management Should Be Fired!
This Starbucks has become a complete disaster. Just 2-3 years ago, it was my favorite spot for great coffee and excellent service. Now, it's an absolute disgrace and a waste of time and money.
The coffee is horrendous. Every drink I've ordered lately tastes like it's been brewed with burnt, stale beans and left out to rot. It's disgusting and undrinkable. How can a coffee shop serve such consistently awful coffee? The decline in quality is both shocking and unacceptable.
The staff are unbelievably rude and incompetent. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. Iâve stood at the counter for what felt like an eternity, completely ignored. When they finally do take your order, they act like youâre a burden. The customer service here is non-existent; the staff are lazy, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful.
The drive-thru is an even bigger nightmare. The wait times are ridiculously long, and when you finally get to the window, you're met with the same rude and clueless staff. Orders are always wrong, and there's never an apology or an attempt to fix the mistakes. It's infuriating and shows a complete lack of professionalism.
The management at this location should be fired. The general manager and drive-thru manager have completely failed in their roles. Their lack of oversight and care has turned this once-great Starbucks into a complete joke. It's clear they have no idea how to run a decent establishment and couldn't care less about the customer experience.
This place has gone downhill so fast itâs almost unbelievable. The coffee is terrible, the staff are rude and incompetent, and the service is atrocious. Avoid this Starbucks like the plague. As I unpacked my sandwich while the coffee was getting ready, I did put the wrapping through the window for the team member to discard for me as I did the previous day without any problem. Suddenly a lady coming out of nowhere from the window verbally assaulted me shouting how rude I was to leave it there. I tried to explain but she became extremely aggressive and kept saying how rude I was in a very very arrogant way! Then they did not have a product we ordered so had to get a refund, had to ask for my water and napkins as they were not giving them to me. Not a pleasant visit and obviously this lady is not in the right professional environment (absolutely canât face customers). Gave two stars still as the other lady was very good but very embarrassed too from her colleagueâs attitude, as she rolled her eyes meaning here we go again. She was scared as itâs her manager.    Read moreI just had a terrible experience at your service station drive through. Firstly I was given the wrong order. An oatmeal instead of 2 x toasted sandwiches. I had to come back off the motorway drive back through wait In the drive through line. The lady simply said oh yea my colleague grabbed the wrong bag weâve got yours here. The woman then came to the delivery window. And said theyâre only human in an aggressive tone. I asked for compensation for my cold sandwiches and they said they only refund the sandwiches if they took them back. It was an all round poor customer service experience. My daughter who was in the car with me has worked for Starbucks for 5 years was horrified at how they handled the situation. This is the last time we will visit at Starbucks.
