My deeply disappointing experience at this Starbucks location has compelled me to share why this visit will unfortunately be my last. The state of cleanliness was shockingly poor, with a blatant disregard for hygiene that left me questioning the safety of consuming anything from this establishment. The sight of dirty floors and tables and walls was not just unappealing but raised serious health concerns, making me wonder about the effectiveness of health inspections here.Service issues compounded the dismal experience. My order was incorrect and served inexplicably late, resulting in me being served after customers who arrived later. The significant wait meant that by the time I received my order, my oats had already turned cold and unappetizing—a clear indication of the inefficiency and disorganization plaguing this location.The staff's demeanor did nothing to alleviate my concerns. Their rudeness and apparent lack of training were glaring, highlighting a pervasive issue of poor management and supervision. The absence of responsible leadership was evident, contributing to the overall neglect and chaos.Given these unacceptable conditions, I am left with no choice but to vow never to return to this Starbucks location. The risk to my health and safety simply outweighs the desire for coffee or any other offerings they might have. It's disheartening to see such neglect and disregard for customer satisfaction and well-being. This experience has not only tainted my view of this particular store but also made me wary of the standards upheld by the brand as a whole.

Recently I have had an encounter with very abusive and rude staff. Like seriously they refused to put extra ice in my drink as they say this dilutes the quantities. It’s my drink I should be allowed to speed it! Shame on you staff at Beaconsfield/ day baristas!! Will never return during day time shift workers!! Although I must express that getting a refund was seamless. Aleena and Aliaah think they own the franchise, running the business into the ground! Sara , sharooze , ahaz ,hoor ,sumanjeet the night staff is amazing! They exceed with their services! I travel from do far away to see these guys in the c evenings!

I’ve worked in the same industry and customer service so I know what it is like to be on the other end so I always try to be nice but it was quite hard since this girl was just plain rude and swearing and has an attitude problem. Idk what management is doing but please either get your staff sorted or get new staff.

Horrific Experience – Management Should Be Ashamed!

I am absolutely disgusted with this Starbucks location. Just a few years ago, this place was incredible – amazing coffee, friendly staff, and efficient service. Now, it’s nothing short of a nightmare.

First of all, the coffee is atrocious. Every drink I've ordered lately tastes like it’s been made with burnt, stale beans and left to sit for hours. It’s revolting and undrinkable. How does a coffee shop serve such consistently terrible coffee? The drop in quality is outrageous and unacceptable.

The staff here are beyond rude. They don’t even acknowledge your presence when you walk in. I’ve stood at the counter being completely ignored, and when someone finally decides to take my order, they act like I’m an inconvenience. The customer service here is nonexistent – the staff are lazy, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful.

The drive-thru is an even bigger catastrophe. The wait times are absurdly long, and when you finally reach the window, you’re met with the same rude, incompetent staff. Orders are constantly wrong, and there’s never an apology or an attempt to correct the mistake. It’s beyond frustrating and shows a complete lack of care.

The management of this location should be absolutely ashamed. The general manager and drive-thru manager have completely failed in their roles. Their lack of oversight and concern has turned this once-great Starbucks into an utter disaster. It’s clear they have no idea how to run a decent establishment and don't care about the customer experience.

What happened to this place? The decline is so severe it’s almost unbelievable. The coffee is terrible, the staff are rude and incompetent, and the service is abysmal. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This location is a complete and utter joke, and the management should be deeply ashamed of what...

I ask for ice cappuccino they wasn’t know what I’m on about, boy with moustaches laughed at me . They wearing piecing , fake lashes, fake gel nails ( they were red very easy to notice) which easily can get in to drinks and food . Place very dirty. I ask for tall size Carmel cream Frappuccino and girl at the till try to charge me for grande . When I notice I say to her like if I can get tall size she rolls her eyes . Received single espresso with no lid then after when I ask for it lid been put next to the drink on dirty counter. Carmel Frappuccino come with Carmel all around outside part of the cup.
