Starbucks Drive Thru — Restaurant in England

Caramel Frappuccino....Regular...its so big, this size is fine, taste better too....as if God prepared it himself🙏🏻 was Glorious, I was sad once it ended, it was so nice. Service here was genuine, very good service, not like other Starbucks I have been too, this crowd seems to care. Presentation was great. Blue berry Muffin....very nice. Preparing drinks was made from love, everything labelled correctly, slow serving, but hey....quality takes time. I generally do not like Starbucks from my life experiences of lazy customer service, it's like being served by " Kevin " from Harry Enfield.....I find the staff are really rude, immature, not caring, bad listeners, from my experiences, I prefer Costa, but this one is good. Or they was the last couple of times I had been there, we was served by a spanish/ american sounding young chap, he had dark hair. Came across as a nice guy, keep up the...

I went to Starbucks as normal like I always do. I see staffs coughing around, nose leaking, sneezing everywhere. So, I grabbed my drink and kept that in mind. I woke up the next day and stayed inside as I was paranoid that I might have covid. I checked myself everyday and turns out I was right I had covid. First of all, I dont understand why they are still coming into work when they are unwell and have they gotten checked and still working there like everything's alright? I am really worried for everyone that recently gotten drinks from Starbucks and get your self checked ASAP expecially if you're vulnerable. This place should really get checked I am so disappointed as I'm a regular customer here.

So this is for the two member of staff who apparently was feeding of one another and couldn't hear when I was placing my order! Its sad and very disgusting how I was told why I come to this drive thru! I pay starbuck so you can actually get paid you sad souls! so provide a service without getting personal! zain learn how to interact and have a conversation thats the first step! and to the duty manager you were so rude disrespect! How dare you be judgemental! I haven't changed it was told by a miserable member of staff you don't have a clue who I am and best you keep it that way!
