Starbucks Kettering West A14 — Restaurant in England

We stopped on the way home from a long journey. It was the only stop in café on this service . There were three staff, a bit of a queue. People had the option of paying by mobile phone which was meant to save time, we wanted to pay to a cashier. We did get served pretty quickly. However in total we waited 20 minutes just to get a tea and coffee. Everyone had to wait ages. The orders when they eventually came out were split. So we had to wait even longer. With the tea we had to ask for milk as none was offered. It seemed very disorganised. We had takeaway but when we looked around the shop, all the tables had dirty cups and plates where they hadn't been cleared away.

Were they short staffed that day? It was a Sunday. We don't know but we weren't impressed. We won't go back again when we...

Just done a bit of shopping there on my way back home to North Wales from dropping my granddaughter in Peterborough for a Christian Fellowship or festival - found it a nice experience with very friendly staff ! Myself & my pet Lady 🐕 had a few hours rest in parking area before heading in my home away from home Wrecsam as I left County Donegal Ireland 1976 ! Another lovely place to Visit which I do quite often. Does anyone know the actor fellow in picture with me on the ferry ? Clue he has co stared with a fine actor Julie Roberts.

If I could I would rate it 0 ( ZERO) the incompetence level is unreal. Will always make your drink wrong even though they repeat the order, half of the time you’re lucky if they listen, they’re also unwelcoming and will not make any adjustments just because they’re lazy. I asked to split the cost of an order for me and my friend and the employee said she couldn’t do it, she then proceeded to tell us to transfer the money to one another. At the checkout we asked to remove the item and charge for it separately and she still proceeded to say she couldn’t do it.
