Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Visited today at around 12oc...while accepting it's only recently opened, the service was appalling.It was very quiet when we entered with only 2 other people in front of us yet it took nearly 20 minutes before our drinks were ready, there was one girl taking orders who then stood watching the other girl painfully trying to make the drinks. Surely the staff have been trained ....it was actually embarrassing watching how slow she was, when we finally got the drinks, a latte & a vanilla latte, the vanilla one was undrinkable, there was probably 3 or 4 times as much vanilla as there should have been. We saw another couple who came in after us wait over 20 minutes as well for just a couple of drinks. There was no apology & absolutely no urgency....needs...

This has to be the slowest Costa I know; no acknowledgement, no apology for the length of time I’ve waited and no one seems to know what they’re doing and I’ve visited this place 20 plus times and walked out 15 of those times due to waiting up to and over half an hour.. (You May ask why do I keep going back? I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and maybe one day I’ll be served within 5 mins?!)

Come on Costa get a grip and get people who can work in a fast paced cafe, you have two others shops in Kettering and they’re very fast.

Shame as I’m now having to use Starbucks which I don’t like but at least...

New unit on Kettering Business Park.now open with the usual costa fair this store is set out with powerpoint and USB outlets at most of the outer edge tables disabled access toilets are available to the rear of the store with a outside seating and table area at the front door. with drive thru for passing motorist off the A509/A14 to kettering town center. surprisingly not a really busy café due to another Costa only across the way in tesco tho on some days staff say that it can be very busy only one mobility parking bay...
