Subway — Restaurant in England

Dirty tables, dirty floors, over use of gloves are just some of my observations of this chaotic branch. Miserable staff and lack of basic cleanliness however one girl does constantly change her gloves and wash her hands but looks fed up. One lad who does the bread he served a lot of people which includes putting his hands in the fillings on both meat and salads and using the warmer without changing his gloves once. The tables and floors and bin area is always dirty. OK customers should be a bit more helpful here but thats what the staff are meant to do if the customers dont, keep the seating area clean!!! Nothing worse than wanting to sit down to eat and the whole table, chairs and floor area are full of discarded food, this isnt branch specific, its common through out all subways. Also there are always gangs of kids both inside and outside and as you can imagine they dont know what bins are so plenty of subway bags and wrappers strewn around the area including the park at the rear. The staff here deserve an honorable mention because they are under constant attack from the large gang of over twenty teenages outside and having to call the police on 999 repeatedly as they storm the Subway and arent able to defend themselves. The last staff member who i formed a friendship with, was forced to quit because they were physically attacked by the gangs whilst at work and the managers had to come help out and lock the kids out, UNACCEPTABLE, assault and store robbery is a crime that should no longer go unpunished, WHERE IS THE POLICE. This is an amazing Subway and the staff are excellent, but something needs to be done about these crazy kids attacking the store, theyre back almost every other night, or setting fires behind the building and the police arent doing enough or anything to stop them coming back the next day. Arrests need to be made, and where on earth are their parents!? Start hammering the book of law on these out-of-control kids or they will never learn to be civilized. This was 5 days ago cost me nearly £20 on just eat app I have put in for a refund both meals one was meatballs all 3 of them, the other was double chicken all salad except tomato,pickles jelopenos and both sweet onion dressing. I got two boxes of lettuce. This was the widnes fir park. As you can see by the pictures this was delivered to me!. The prices have gone up through the roof whereas the food absolutely disgusting bad, subway has always been about customers choice these days that's not the case that's a joke. I wouldn't mind but both boxes had bits of onion and sweetcorn in them and not a full serving? No dressing either. Still waiting a full refund from just eat don't want credit to spend, I am disabled and when I can't get out I rely on deliveries.
