Subway — Restaurant in England

Ordered at 11:50 through uber eats, had to contact the subway at 13:15 as it had changed drivers 4 times. No update no communication, rang spoke to a male who was lovely very apologetic said they were behind on orders and that the uber drivers were driving away and were not waiting for the meals. In the end I cancelled and sent my husband out to get it which defeats the whole purpose of idea of uber eats ??!!!! He got there for them to tell him it had been sent out with a driver even though it had been cancelled by uber eats....

We had the most amazing and special Birthday Meal at Subway tonight. Our server was incredible and was a 20/20 customer service man named Chris. If Carlsberg did sandwich making then they would have Chris in their advert! Chris a worker and what a legend! Chris for making our last minute subway meal birthday super special. Lillia will never forget it. Even put Taylor Swift on once our amazing sandwiches were made by the superb Chris Way!...
