UA Trampoline Park Winsford — Local services in Winsford

When we arrived for my son's party a member of staff went round the kids to check names but asked me to fill in an online disclaimer for one of the party guests because it hadn't been done. (Not my child but I was told to just put my details) The kids were then taken on to trampolines... we were told to wait in reception area even though we had a table booked for the party, when we eventually went up I had to take the drink jugs and ask them to be refilled because none of the staff checked. The food was ok and there was enough pizza and hot dogs but only 1 small bowl of crisps and 1 small bowl of popcorn to do 15 kids. When the cake was bought out the candles were already in it (I wanted to sort them and get a photo before) it was lit and put in front of my son before I could get anywhere near. I then wanted to take pics of my son blowing out the candles but couldn't because the cake was whipped away. I went down to pay the remainder of the party balance, I said I'd paid £75 deposit and was told there were no £75 deposits showing and did I get someone else to pay a £50 deposit on someone else's card She eventually looked online and accepted I'd paid £75, I then said that only 12 came instead of the 15 (I was told I only pay for the children that come if over 10) I was told that it had to be verified with the party host but they didn't seem to know who was the host (There was no party host the whole of the party) Eventually got it sorted and was told my son would receive his free pass by email.... I had to chase it up twice because it wasn't sent. The staff that I did see were friendly but don't think they know what to do, they need more training. Well honestly I don’t have one bad word to say about the trampoline park in Winsford!! Both me and my little boy really enjoy ourself every time we go which is a Thursday ! The price is good for the amount of time they get to bounce (wish it was longer as my lad never wants to leave when the times up!) 🤣 food is nice staff are great just overall a fantastic place to come with your children! Couldn’t NOT recommend ! One thing I would say is it would be good to do like a loyalty card which can be scanned and used a bit like Morrisons like a rewards point card…. Just so the mums/dads who come every day for any of the sessions just feel some kind of benifit could be points to a free coffee or free lunch (the points pay for) but other than that defiantly recommend! Me and my boy came today (9/2/23) brought few of our mummy friends to and they also said they will be coming again!! ...

I visited here today with my son & daughter - unfortunately I found it dangerously full. There was barely any space to move - both my son & daughter were almost isolated to a trampoline in the corner .., if they moved they were bouncing in somebody else's way or bashing into someone else. Now wondering if we would have been better to stay at home & use the trampoline in the garden. I also found it a very aggressive atmosphere, maybe due to the fact the kids didn't have enough room to move around & there was lots of banging into one another. The toilets were filthy, the drinks over priced & the seating wasn't adequate enough. Don't like writing bad reviews but unfortunately it's an expensive hour out ... for other parents considering it, if you can travel a little further to a more sizeable trampoline...
