Subway — Restaurant in England

As a regular at subways because they cater for my dietary requirements I was most disgusted with the treatment we received by one of the staff on bank holiday Monday. She was very rude and short of patience. The food was rushed and cold when received. She was very angry at the mess our baby made on the floor and moved us by brushing round the table before we finished our food and drink. He's only 10months old and just started using a high chair and eating by himself off a plate. . She handled my cup of tea without gloves and sprayed the table with cleaner, while I was feeding the baby. I've never been treated like this before and will not be returning to this subway. Not the best service waited for a while and there was only 3 customers in. The staff were preoccupied making up an order that was so long, and just kept saying be with you in a minute! Whilst the deliveroo driver waited, surely the customers who had been bothered to actually go into the shop should take priority. Then to add insult to injury I ordered a salad and asked for a boiled egg that they offered the lad said it it a bit extra which I said was fine, when I paid the egg had cost £1.50 shocked was not the word.... I know I should of said take it back off but I'd had honey mustard on it so didn't. They definitely need a sign saying what the extra charge is for an egg. Not my best experience in...

Popped in on my way home with my boy, Worst Subway experience ever! Tried to Order a set sandwich I regularly get delivered. Staff were all clueless, didn’t know what I was on about, even though I repeated myself multiple times to different people. It was like I was speaking a different language. I Needed to pull up Just eat/deliveroo Subway menus on phone. I had to tell them about toasting it properly. My sandwich was still wrong, missing mozzarella. On top of that, there was the teenagers vaping in the corner, whilst Another customer (an Adult) was swearing at them. Lovely experience for myself and my kid. One to avoid...
