Greggs — Restaurant in England

Absolutely appalled. The food is STONE cold at 8am. Obviously from yesterday. Sausage Roll x2, breakfast Roll x2. The coffee is the only thing that’s hot. The cashier was okay but said he couldn’t heat the food up? This is 8am and the shop must not be long open. How can the food be stone cold? It’s absolutely freezing cold? The cashier said “it’s against Greggs standards to reheat”? I’d rather the bacteria killed by reheating, than having to eat stone cold eggs and sausage, and sausage rolls for breakfast.
