Subway — Restaurant in England

Firstly shop totally dead as it was before the revamp. Touch screens very slow. Ordered a phily steak salad box with double meat and bacon.

The women working prepared the salad sparingly, no lettuce, limited salad available. Sealed the box to ask did I want meat, now considering I paid by card on the machine she had not even read it.

It came to just over £8, i was shocked the amount that was given, this shop embarrassed itself before and is doing so again..The staff really need to be lively and happy, this one like she did not want to be there.

Where before you could see the salad and cheese, there was no cheese also, the sauces have become limited, no sweet chilly sauce anymore.

I presume this is a franchise store, it don't last if you just leave ot there to rot, staff need to he more polite and happy and the hiding of the salad and meat Is not appropriate, always in subways you could see what you was buying now your trying to hide it all away, i like to see the quality I purchase, and don't be so tight with the portions. Stale bread! We went to the restaurant as a family before the cinema at Cineworld. It was around 6pm or just after. The restaurant was full of a group of teenagers under 16 yr old who didn’t have any food or drinks. They didn’t order anything and were in the restaurant from us entering to leaving. The teenagers were very boisterous, vaping, swearing and being intimidating when I looked at them as I was going to say something about their fouls language. The lad working in the restaurant knew them as he was talking with them. We felt very very uncomfortable, me my wife and 13 yr old daughter. It was a very bad...

As with most Subway outlets the quality of their food is very good; the service level can, however, vary.

In another local branch I have had a less desirable experience due to staff being border line rude and somewhat arrogant. However, this branch was different... the staff were very polite and helpful. The speed of service was also much better.

So, an overall 5 star rating.
