Hyderabadi Kitchen — Restaurant in Great Britain

Not at all worthy place. More over I am just irritated by letting them know my preferences. At least I order once or twice a week from them. My last 3 experiences are completely different.

Worst thing is breakfast buffet. They had only Wada,bonda and dosa and still they charge full price for the buffet. Even after requesting small dosa I was served a huge one I felt like they were tricking to finish the dosa and leave.

1st time I ordered on 8th Feb, 2025 at 17:53 through what’s app for delivery. Got the food and it was too oily and salty when I mentioned to them it was ended up by them saying sorry.

2nd time I ordered on 11th Feb, 2025 at 19:43. I mentioned to them to make sure it’s not oily. I can’t say I got the best biryani but It was average with full masala rice.

3rd time 01/03/2025 at 23:06 I have sent my friend to get one biryani and asked him to mention extra masala rice. I was on phone with him and he mentioned extra masala to the person who was taking order. Ended up with no masala at all. And the 65 tasted as if I am eating chilli powder.

If I keep on saying I have many more but it’s useless. Never ever will recommend this place and it’s not worthy for what you pay. Sometimes I even felt like am I getting the food for free.

Disappointing Experience at the “Tiffin Buffet”

I recently visited your restaurant for the “Tiffin Buffet,” and I must say the experience was extremely disappointing. First, if you are unable to handle the service or deliver on what is promised, please reconsider offering this on your menu. It took over 45 minutes for the food to be served, which is unacceptable for a buffet setup. The service was painfully slow, and by the time the food arrived, my hands were dry, and I had completely lost my appetite.

Moreover, your menu mentioned items like puri and upma, which were never served. Instead, we were only given idly, dosa, vada, and bonda. If this is what you consider a “tiffin buffet,” it’s misleading and far from what I expected. When someone makes the effort to visit your restaurant, it’s because we trust you and your food quality. But this experience was a letdown, and it felt like you were not maintaining the standards that we expect from you.

Please, take this as constructive feedback and try to improve the service. It’s hard to run a restaurant, and I understand that, but customers will only return if you maintain consistency and...
