Terrible customer. Avoid this site at all costs I had an offer on the app but it was only showing in messages. I showed to the manager before ordering and he said that's fine, he could still just scan my app when I paid. Sandwich ordered and made and then he told me the offer had expired when I went to pay. I said you told me it was ok but he refused to honour it cos he would get in trouble ( hes the manager) I said I'm not paying full price, I wouldn't haven't ordered if you had told me that, hence why I asked . He said I had to pay the crazy amount. I said I didn't want it, it wasnt worth that price. So it got binned. I wasted my lunch break, got no lunch in time and was made to feel like an idiot in front of the whole store. Never had such terrible customer service. The only 2 things that let's it down is the extremely slow service, and the fact that they always seem to be out of stock on certain sandwich fillings. The slow service is due to a lack of staff. They only have one person serving. And sometimes you get 8 people in a line, then it takes forever to get a sandwich. But that's the owner, not the servers fault.
