Read moreThe staff are great and friendly but The food is okay. The chips are more like packaged fast food fries and not the good kind. The bread was meant to be brioche but it was firm and a bit unwieldy compared to other hot dog rolls.
The meat itself was lovely however saving an unpleasant meal and elevating it to overall average experience.
The milkshake I had was nice, not lovely or delicious. Just nice, it's nothing to write home about but they do use fresh cream and canned cream to give it sweetness. Without it it is terribly bland.
For the price you pay for the meal and value for money I recommend you avoid it and search for somewhere better.
But if you've got the money to spend and want to try somewhere new. The decor and atmosphere are pleasant, it's a great place to have a drink and play cards. Their dessert menu is also magnificent.
Overall I give it 3 stars for an average experience. Avoid it if you want good food, but give it a shot if you want to try...
