Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in England

Absaloutly disgusted with the Cafe. Staff are rude and unhelpful. I asked for a hot chocolate for my 5yr old son but it was huge (thats not the issue) but when i asked for a takeaway cup to pour it into it was like i asked a very difficult question. Staff looking at each other like they had no idea what they where doing. Food is mediocre and was told i could not have a jacket with tuna without onion. I work in the catering industry and know how easy it is to re-make the tuna without onion. There is no direction to where anything is such as cuttlery or condements. After ordering our drinks and being given a number the waitress walked over to our table and said "your drinks are on the side" you could have brought the drinks over after all that. The place was absolutely disgusting, filthy, tables not cleared or cleaned! The floor was coved with food and just sticky floors all round, something had clearly spilt all over the place. The food was really really nice (cold) but it was a shame I had to go and get it myself because the staff were too busy talking to each other despite me saying that my food was over there and me asking “can you clear my table please” I was told that they were too busy to clean 🤦‍♀️ I replied you can’t serve people because there’s no where to sit because it needs clearing, she shrugged her shoulders and laughed 🤦‍♀️ she was not rude at all just useless and didn’t want to do anything. i don't understand why a cafe would accept an order then tell me they cant do what has been requested.. why accept the order then? and then tell me there is only one coffee machine when a worker who actually wanted to help would've suggested the costa coffee machine by the entrance i get its not part of your services but if your services aren't working then why not use what has been provided? its a resolution that requires nothing extra of yourself except to go down some esculators... just plain lazy you wouldn't be loosing money as its just a replacement from your machine backing off, take it off the menu or do something to stop this your causing so many unhappy customers!
