Visited here today for the first time, I am a solo traveller if that matters. When I first joined the queue I was about 3rd in the queue, there was one woman behind the counter who seemed to be doing everything at this point, taking orders, making the teas and coffees etc, plating up cakes etc, which made things move a bit slow to be honest. Once I ordered, my order was a cream tea and hot chocolate, bottle of water and a hot ham and chesse panini, I got the cream tea myself from a shelf and the water so at this point all I was waiting for was the hot chocolate and the panini to be made. Well afte sitting down and waiting over 20.mins for my panini when orders after mine were being called out I finally went up and asked how long my order would be and got told there were only two staff on that day but I had seen 3 staff so there a little slow, so I went back to may table and waited probably another 10 mins before it finally came. I'm glad to say it was lovely when it came and the prices were what I would call standard for these sort of places, it's a shame they can't have more staff, as I was leaving there were dirty plates, cups and cutlery etc left on alot of the tables unless they put them on these table to sort later as maybe it was nearly closing time.
