I booked an event at this venue, and went through the standard procedures, the staff made no attempt to notify of catering costs prior to the event, it does not state that catering costs are per person, so be careful you don't get stung. They expect you to run around chasing up costs, the venue shuts early and your food is removed promptly, expect to pay a minimum of £500 for £50 worth of food! Consider going elsewhere if you want decent service and fair costs, venue is cheap but you get stung on catering costs, they will not let you hire out the venue otherwise, also the bar prices were not cheap either! Found this place by chance when looking for a quick lunch for a family (5 adults and 2 children) after arriving back at Luton airport just after lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful, food came quickly - especially considering there was only 2 staff and 1 was serving drinks so the lady in the kitchen was on her own!
