I love this pub. Mark, Michael and the team are both enthusiasts and experts in craft beer and cider. Very well kept ale, maybe a tad cold (it was a hot day though), well priced (I think it was £4.20 for a mid strength local cask brew). Something for all beer enthusiasts from the modern sours and hop mouthfuls to traditional ales and stouts. Session beers aplenty with silly strength offerings for the brave and foolhardy. Well...

Don't visit particularly often, but when we do, the staff are always very friendly, often remembering what we usually drink and recommending alternatives. Drinks are well priced and good quality. We usually pop in on a Saturday or Sunday lunchtime to play pool and the quality of the table is superb. Nice and spacious, plenty of light and a Jukebox to play some good vibes. Will be back...
