Roosters Piri Piri - Poole — Restaurant in England

My partner and I order from this roosters every week as a Friday healthy takeaway treat. Honestly overall they have been amazing, even used to throw in extra goodies from time to time as we order so regular.

However, going back a few weeks now it has been absolutely rubbish. Food is always late, I cannot have mayonnaise in my wrap as I am allergic and every-time my food has arrived late & wrong.

I understand completely that human error is to be expected in this industry especially on a weekend however, if you have comments box for specific allergy requirements at least adhere to them.

The first instance I was spoken to rudely on the phone and that it wasn’t her problem and she said she couldn’t do anything about it this evening and her manager could call me tomorrow..(baring in mind I had no dinner and just spent £26) after a raging telephone call I decided to drive up there and as soon as I arrived the shop manager sorted it - WHY DID IT TAKE FOR ME TO GO THERE FOR THEM TO ADMIT AND SORT THE PROBLEM? However the manager apologise and said he knew my order well and it wouldn’t ever happen again.

Tonight- we received our food late & wrong AGAIN. I tired to call the shop and once again was told that it wasn’t their problem but they also checked cctv and mayo was not put in the wrap (she said this straight away- wasn’t even enough time to check the bloody thing) the only way they agreed to sort it was for me to drive down there AGAIN. Not going to happen.

Not sure what’s happening to this store, was my favourite weekend treat but I definitely won’t be ordering again. Not getting anything for my money and this is apparently halloumi? What do...

If I could put no stars I would , on Thursday 16th January 2020 I ordered a chicken wrap, and 2 fries with extra peri salt on which I payed for, when I purchased it their site then told me it would be coming in 50 minutes time which was very annoying because I would not of ordered it. However , it went past the 50 minutes and my delivery still Did not come , I called up and they said the delivery driver is on their way , that was still not the case , I called again and the advisor told me he is just leaving the shop now and will be on their way to me , 1 hour 35 minutes later my food comes with no peri extra peri salt that I ordered , and when I opened the packaging of my chicken wrap , something smelled very funny so I opened it up (no exaggeration) what I saw was horrific , the lettuce was old , rotten , the chicken smelled and I didn’t eat it , I only ate a few of the chips and after I felt very ill. I headed into the shop the next day to show them what they sent to me and the situation the manager said the reason why the lettuce looked rotten is because that’s what it will turn like especially when it is for delivery, he then said it weren’t their food that made me sick but I should put down my number anyway and he will speak to the manager that was in charge the day when I ordered. I have not had any call back at all , I call they do not answer my calls , I would DEFINITELY not recommend this place at all , no costumer service , their food Is horrible , I will be taking my case...

Order from here on Saturday the 13/12/2019 the order took over 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was all wrong, soggy & cold. we called them up a few time to ask about why it is taking to long and the ETA. we were told the order was being delivered buy this was a lie as we only live 5mins aways and it took another 40 mins after being told it was on the way. and to make it even worse the delivery driver had no idea where he was going and we needed to shout out the window to him as he was wandering around the street with our food. they did not label the vegetarian option which made it hard for us to know which warp was which . they also got the order wrong, giving us a wrap instead of the ordered items and all the sauces were wrong. so we called them up and complained. we were rudely greeted by the manager of the place, thinking he knew better about everything and he was telling us we were lying about everything even know we had proof. and when we tried to talk to him all he kept saying was "NO NO NO" "NO NO NO" and we could not get a word in at all he was rude and knows nothing about customer service. he definitely needs to be trained!

Long story short. do not go here the customer service is terrible and the manager has no idea what he is doing making it a struggle to deal with the smallest things.
