Very dissappointed with customer service! After being recommended a visit on our holiday my family biked and I walked with our new born for around 3 hours hoping for a lovely lunch! Found I had lost my wallet on the way and only had Apple Pay which was fine to pay for a £50.00 meal however when I asked to over charge me by £2 so I could have £2 change for the bus journey home with my baby this was not available. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they had not been so rude about it and lie to me that it couldn’t be done when I had just paid for a fairly expensive meal the same method. I in the end had to ride one of the kids bikes home and get the car to drive back and pick up my family and then drive back to get the bikes on a 2nd journey. I did find my wallet on the way back but I would never step foot back in such a boulshy establishment again! Poor customer services, food wasn’t too bad but that means nothing in the...

I’ve had the most awful experience with the woman with light grey blonde hair on a Sunday 23rd june at 1:45. Been here many times but I asked for a certain slice of frittata and she aggressively told me with horrible tone that they are all the same size which it wasn’t, I didn’t want an end piece as they are too crusty for my liking and at first went to refuse my request with a huffy splutter, I had to continue to ask for that specific slice and she tutted and rolled her eyes at me. I’m fuming. No other cafe has ever had a problem with me asking for a specific slice in ALL MY LIFE until now and I’ve travelled so many places around the world. She was absolutely HORRIBLE. I will never return just because of her. Disturbing horrible old miserable woman. HORRID. You should be ashamed of your service today. Probably time to leave your job when you hate customers who like to choose what they...

Well.... The lady behind the counter must have been having a tough day because she was either in a bad mood or just quite rude in general. The woman who seated was however very friendly, but she did comment she could smell booze on my dad's breath, which

  1. was a random comment to make,
  2. it was 11am and he'd not been drinking
  3. both him and the woman had masks on at the time. I'll let you decide where the booze she could smell, was coming from... 😂

Finally, after being seated, we ordered and asked for takeaway cups as we might not have enough time to finish our food and drink, before we had to go. We got told to leave our table and wait for our food and drink outside in the cold.

The coffee, sausage roll and tea were nice though, but the cheese and ham panini wasn't.

Fortunately not local local to us, so won't be rushing back, although wouldn't mind knowing where the sausage rolls...

A lovely wee Cafe, next to CO-OP, they have nice selection of coffee, tea and cakes, all the cakes are home made, they has pastel de nata ( a custard tart ) very delicious which they export from Portugal. Coffee and chocolate cakes are also very nice. Staff is very helpful, there is place inside the Cafe, outside or you can enjoy your drinks in the backyard.

Caroline and our team hosted our cycle club for lunch on a ride to Romsey. They were super organised and coped with our late changes without complaint. Our pre ordered food was ready on arrival and was all delicious. Highly recommended for a stop and very cyclist friendly.
