Only left 1 star because 0 stars isn’t possible! This is our first time ordering. We ordered their “pizza meal deal 4” for £10.00 which according to the Uber eats menu comes with a 12” pizza, chips and a can. We also ordered a Burger and chips, and a garlic bread. Once the order arrived he Uber eats driver told us the pizza, chips and garlic bread were missing so she’d go straight back to the restaurant to collect. In the meantime I rang to restaurant to confirm. The person on the phone was extremely rude! She didn’t apologise once and insisted the pizza deal didn’t come with chips. I told her they need to update the Uber eats menu. She couldn’t understand why I thought it came with chips and indirectly called me a liar! She offered no apology/compensation and then hung up on me without the issue being resolved!! I then rang back and she said she will send the missing food now and hung up again. I understand mistakes happen but I expect staff to rectify this mistake with at least an apology! The customer service at this place is beyond awful! Rudest staff and service. What has annoyed me is the aggressive delivery driver. I was quoted one price on the phone and the driver was adamant we pay £3 more. The receipt reflected the price we stated. Called the shop they said to tell him to take the original amount. He continued in the same manner and called the shop himself. He was told to take the lower amount but to tell us never to order again. Nice. We have been loyal customers for many years. Driving past many other places to come to them on the times we haven't needed a delivery. We won't be using again and wouldn't recommend. Read moreNot had good experiences with these guys In the past so I haven't ordered in a couple years from here, but just saw a post about these guys charging a customer an extra £155.60 for complaining about the food being raw and undercooked. Luckily they managed to block the payment before the restaurant could take a penny, but it's still a disgusting case of bad customer service from a place already well known for treating online customers poorly. I can't believe that even 2 years on the customer service is still as bad with the the restaurant swearing at customers who complain about orders and being highly unprofessional and rude.
