The selection of beer is very good - unparalleled in the village (more bottles than draft but draft still maybe 8 choices, bottles about 20-30).

Many gins to choose from, beautifully presented with a wide range of tonics.

The beer garden enjoys one of the best views overlooking the Tees to be had. Little/no road noise and the sound of the river is a nice backdrop to your pint.

The music is varied and upbeat - if you ask nicely they will put on AC/DC 🤘😄

Really good pub - pop in often for a pint. Beer is always at the right temperature and a good choice. On the pricier side but still competitive and don’t mind paying a little more for the quality. Best view you will get in the area. One of the nicest pubs in the area - may not look it from the outside but when you step inside you will understand...

Had a pint and a fly infestation they were everywhere. When bach to the car and struggled getrin in the car for the bugs there was thousands. Beer was ok but no food. I dont no if the river was any help to the flies but not good the placs looked if it could dp with a few £ been spent very drab...
