I don't think being food pub of 2019 is justified. I have had to return food because it was cold,on two visits in the space of a week. Some staff are excellent whilst other are inattentive ,somewhat rude and can't even acknowledge or smile at customers. The pub is functional and could benefit by being more comfortable and better lit,the currently lighting adds nothing to the atmosphere. The food is blade,not presented well and often undercooked and at others times,chips seem to have been reheated. Much of the food seems s if it just been microwaves. I went here with my service dog which helps me with my ptsd and disabilities. I was told I wasn't allowed in or to be served outside either I offered to show my service pet id and because it's young they were having none of it two women at me for this i couldn't believe it I was so embarrassed upset and felt is it because of my disabilities I suffered a brain injury and felt was it for this reason, people don't seem to like the look of me .
