The Half Moon Inn — Restaurant in England

I highly recommend a visit to The Half Moon Inn. The pub offers three cask ales, various lagers—including Beavertown Neck Oil—and hundreds of gins to choose from. The lounge bar provides a comfortable setting with a pleasant ambiance, while the large public bar at the rear features a pool table, darts board, and three large TVs for sports events. The menu includes an excellent selection of food, and there's also a pizza van in the beer garden with takeaway available. The beer garden is a great space for families, equipped with various contraptions for kids to play on, and there's a covered area in case it rains. Lovely village pub with basic but excellent quality food. Great choice of beers and the wines are reasonably priced. Football was showing on 2 screens on the night we visited. Staff were quick at cleaning tables and ensuring quick turnaround for food. Also set expectations as to how busy it was and apologised that the food would be a while due to the sheer volume of sqauddies that were in from the local barracks. Outstanding pub,well run and very accommodating for all visitors-local or not. Great beer selection. Free Pool table and various tvs for all sports BT and Sky. Large beer garden and the landlady even provides a small football pitch for kids to play which is actually her own personal piece of land.
