AVOID!!!!!!! Never Delivered and Never updated me to say the order had been cancelled. I Pre ordered for a delivery at 20:45, the order was accepted, I got notification that the deliver was enroute at 20:40. At this point I understood my delivery would probably be 20 minutes late, I appreciate this being new years eve. By 21:30 my food hadn't arrived, by this time if it had I thought it would be cold so would. Try to call the restaurant who were avoiding all calls. Eventually get through at 21:49 asking for an update of order. To get 'all orders are cancelled and then they hung up. Not even an apology, I mean on new years eve where else do you get a new order for Indian food. Completely ruined my night!!!!! I would have re ordered from here again as the food is nice, if they would have just declined the order, or called my apologising earlier to say they can't keep to their commitment, that wouldn't have been a problem and I could have re ordered from elsewhere and for them not even to apologise. After being told for a delivery order that it will be delivered within the hour (45 mins - 1hr), an hour and 15 mins later I call up and ask where it is to be told “sorry my man, it’s been very busy and it’s just leaving now). After getting here 30 mins late all I was met with was a delivery driver saying sorry. Not good enough service and not the way you speak to a customer when you are in the wrong as being busy is not an excuse after you have given a delivery time and taken a payment.
