The Rydal Hall Tearoom is such a lovely spot and a perfect way to finish a walk around the grounds or the nearby waterfalls. It has a really relaxed and welcoming feel from the moment you arrive. The staff are always friendly and happy to chat, which makes it even nicer after spending time exploring outdoors.
There is a great choice of cakes and snacks, and everything we have tried has been fresh and full of flavour. The coffee and hot chocolate are spot on too, especially when you sit outside and enjoy the peaceful setting surrounded by trees and the sound of running water.

For people who want a cafe with character, super views and nice staff I highly recommend this one. Regarding parking there is some nearby and some 300 yards...

For all there was a campsite and a gypsy caravan style camping area nearby, the place was peaceful on a warm...
