The Parish Pump — Restaurant in England

I used to drink here a few years ago on a regular basis and it was clean looking with quite a few choices of beer, lager and cider. Having just been in there I couldn't wait to drink my beverage and get out of there. There is a distinct lack in the choices of beverage. The interior paint work needs serious attention. The tables and chairs look like someone has gone to the charity shop or the dump and said sod it that will do. I honestly felt like wiping my feet on the way out. This pub needs a complete...

Awful. They advertised that they had Sky Sports, so me and a friend went over to watch a Spurs game. Turns out they were false advertising, and don't actually have it. Then, the man (who i assumed to be the manager) said "You two aren't even old enough to be in a pub anyway". We were both 18 and had ID. To be frank I think this was an incredibly rude thing to say, and I would not recommend this...

Lovely friendly, welcoming pub with great facilities and great beer. It's location makes it a fabulous 'man crèche' and meant I could shop without the usual huffing and puffing. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again or recommend it to family and friends. They have pool nights and entertainment so something for everyone. The new owners have definitely brought a new dynamic to this lovely...
