The Pasty Shop — Restaurant in England

When visiting a friend it was suggested that we went out for lunch and my companion wanted me to experience this venue. It was clear on entering the bistro it was a popular place, but we were fortunate enough to get a window seat. We both ordered the fishcake,chips and mushy peas from a very comprehensive menu and we were not disappointed with our selected option. The meal was served hot and the fishcakes were very tasty, supported by chips that were crispy on the outside and soft in the centre. Value for money, definitely. If you happen to be in the vicinity of this bistro I highly recommend a visit to try it out...

Well I didn't even know this little gem existed (I live in Plymouth but have family in Callington) No nonsense, just good food. Reasonably priced too, bought 3 large pasties for £7.20 and I've never had such a nice Ham & Cheese pasty in my life! The misses was very impressed with the Lamb & Mint too!

Popped in today for the first time. Bought a steak pasty and cheese scone. It was absolutely delicious! 👍Not too peppery. They also gave me a sausage for my jack russell puppy. They were really lovely friendly people. Nice coffee too. Will definitely be going back to try...
