Young children running front of house, terrible service, terrible food that took 50 minutes to cook, made only slightly better by them refunding me without too much hassle after returning my food.

Halloumi sticks were absolutely rock hard to the point that they gave me toothache and the halloumi had turned fully brown inside.

Spicy Mac & cheese was entirely devoid of cheese

Beef enchilada with no kidney beans was absolutely loaded with kidney beans.

Sauce portions were next to none existent.

The only edible part of a £40 order was the nachos which were actually quite nice

Edit to reply to the restaurant's reply Both enchiladas were ordered without kidney beans, I very clearly returned a beef enchilada full of kidney beans back to the store where you and I quote directly from your own words "tell you what happened, somebody else ordered a beef enchilada and we must have put them in the wrong boxes, so they got an enchilada with no beans and you got one with them in by mistake"

Your own words, exactly as you said it, I have multiple witnesses to this, fancy coming back with a reply like that after such shoddy service, so glad I will not be returning when you make out the customer is at fault because you messed my order up, they are not higher education children either, they are clearly under the age of 13 and a report to trading standards will be made about this thanks to your truly shocking reply.

Nice shop, good location, it's easy to park next too, pleasant and helpful staff. Food was pretty good for the most part. Some dishes are definitely better than others but I guess you can argue thats a difference in taste. Overall I was pretty satisfied with what I got. Menu is nice and broad and some really nice harder to find dishes offered such as long cooked duck alongside more usual fare quesadillas, burritos, nachos, etc etc. Also served is bubble tea which is hard to find locally; it is ok if your into that sort of thing. There are a couple of other things if your so minded to entertain you including a cabinet of jewellery if your looking for more...

On holiday from Birmingham - the food we ordered (battered crab pieces / Sri Lankan lamb rolls to start, chimichangas and spicy potatoes / Mexican house rice) was sensational! Some of the best Mexican food we have eaten since we were in Southern California. The ordering process was straightforward, the food was ready on time … and the taste … superb! I have seen a few negative reviews and I simply don’t understand them … all of this food got under £40 is simply unheard of back home! Highly recommended and if we are in Callington again we will definitely be coming...
