We went here and had the best lunch so booked again BUT when we went again The mash was cold and had one large lump in the middle of the puréed mash, the Veg bearly warm and Yorkie was hard not crispy!!
Roasties were that hard on the outside like they had been warmed up in the microwave, and they were not fluffy in the middle you could taste the starchy ness in them The gravy was tasteless and the service was really poor
We even got charged £20.45 over what we should have paid, and had to say something My dad had been given 0% alcohol mixed berries bottle, when this was not asked for, we didn’t even realise at first the guy behind the bar said he had it last time.. that’s no good enough
I also tried to tell you young lad that my dinner was bearly warm, he took my mums and warmed it up,but didn’t take mine or even ask if anyone else’s was ok There was no table care at all I gave up at this point The first week was amazing! But tended to over power the subtle flavours of the stuff between them.
That said, I are it all. And it was not the worst burger... but the most interesting one I've ever eaten. Would even eat it again because it was an experience. Don't think I've ever said that about a burger.
Great pub. Great staff. Great food. Great...

Not great but better than other local pubs. It has a large comfortable beer garden.
For those with accessible needs I find it pretty good. Limited mobility people can access all of the garden and part of the inside seating area. Visually impaired people could struggle inside but there are well lit tables if you ask for one and the person taking the booking understands your need.
Overall I can recommend providing the obnoxious...
