The Royal Oak , Paull — Restaurant in England

I ordered food via food hub, and there was an error on food hub to which i gave a 1 star thinking it was to do with The Royal Oak. Paul phoned and could not apologize enough, so i tried on food hub to remove my star rating and it could not be done, so i have come here to say. I would recommend The Royal Oak, and to thank Paul for being so nice to say sorry he didn't need to, very professional and i will deffo be going to eat here in the summer....

Just had a LOVELY Sunday lunch here . A choice of turkey, gammon, or beef, and a choice of serving size. I chose small and it was more than enough. 6 kinds of veg, and gravy were put out in bain Marie's ... Five veg AND roast and boiled potatoes so you can choose exactly how much you want have A good sized Yorkshire pudding even with the small plate and LASHINGS of gravy (just help yourself) top...

Omg where do I start. When we arrived it seemed OK. I sat down at a table and was surrounded by flies it was filthy. The carpet and back area was also dirty with dog and toys everywhere. I sat outside and that was no better. I would totally avoid the place as its been run into the ground unless the humber...
