Would have been nice if I had been served, having been in the que for 20 mins and not moving i lost the will to live and left. I was only 3rd in the que with a mother and 2 children being served, the young girl who was serving kept disappearing into the back for long periods which did not help, when I left the que was 12 deep. This was not the fault of the assistant but of the management who put one person on site on a weekend at a popular place in holiday time. Nobody looked happy that day, managment should...

Always our stop off between London and Wales. Sorry to find it closed today especially as even the disabled loo was double locked so my mum’s radar key didn’t work so we had to immediately head to the services instead.
