If it was possible to leave a no star review then that would be my choice. Severely over cooked mixed grill and Windsor burger (beyond well well well well well well done) served by staff not yet ready to serve food.

My Wife and I paid for all drinks and food by cash at the bar and then eventually we our ate our food in the beer garden.

After leaving the Windsor via the front enterence of the pub my wife, 9 yr old son and myself were then very quickly chased down the street by a incompetent teenage waitress and elderly gentleman friend with accusations of non payment, which turned out to be totally unfounded as we paid before the badly cooked food even arrived at our table. No really sincere apology given - just a shrug of the shoulders and a faint sorry!

Unfortunate, We went for a chance family meal somewhere we would not normally go, I did not realise we would could have such a bad Saturday evening out. Wish we’d stayed...

Okay where to begin, we got there and immediately fell in love with the view it's a beautiful spot for a few drinks and chill and enjoy the view. But to be honest that's all I can say about this place, the seating isn't the best the benches are uncomfortable old and grubby. The food.. well we had to pay before we even had anything which my first thoughts were that their insecure and not proud of what their serving. And my expectations were correct the food was bland and dull, it was something that my mother could make back in the 60s it was so boring. And cold in some spots. Did not come close to what you would expect paying the price is which in my opinion was too expensive based on the food. The bar staff was great always nice and polite not much really else to say. If your looking for a family night out and dinner this isn't the place. But if you want to just chill enjoy the view sure it's great bit make sure you bring...

Well what can I say, tried to give this pub the benefit of doubt. Yet again went fo a meal there and again let down. 3 staff in bar area, had to ask for condiments and a menu. When food came chips tasted like they came from chip shop down the road, food tasted bland and salad which came with it could have been yesterday's as all brown. Once delivered to our table there was no interaction again with us. Like how's yours lunch etc, except when we paid. This used to a be a brilliant place to come for lunch, always full tables and with that lovely veiw. They had brilliant staff who cared about there customers, with smiles on their faces. Yes decor has been updated but the food and service have gone down the pan. Come on The Windsor, bring back that vibrant Eating place again and get...

So lived around weston & worle last 10 years and drove past this place so many times, was walking to sand bay and the dogs dragged us in. Was suprised how nice it is inside, one of the nicest I've been in! Now I might be baised but the range of drinks was brilliant inc real ales!! Unfortunately we have a roast planned for today, but will have to pop back to see what the food is like!

Such a great pub. Luckily it's not far from home for me, but the main reason I use this pub is due to its constant happy atmosphere. The service is 1st class and the great selection of drinks should appeal to everyone. If you do decide to try the restaurant, book in advance as it is always busy. You will not be disappointed at all, as the quality of the food is superb.
