First issue was the time, so you always get an estimated time for your delivery which is USUALLY within a 40 minute period. Last night we waited 1 hour & 25 minutes before we decided to phone in to enquire. We were advised the order had been dispatched & would be with us shortly. However no apology for the delay etc. Order arrived 5 minutes or so later.

Second issue, was the quality of the food. There seems to be absolutely no pride in the way that they present their food. I purposely ordered double cheese & tomato base due to the lack of portion they now serve & it was still surprisingly minimal. As well as salami & pepperoni, of which there was a SINGLE one on each slice, baring in mind it was an Large pizza, (a single pepperoni slice on each slice of pizza) it's quite ridiculous when you're being charged near £30 an order as well as the newly introduced service charge, yet they can't put more than a single ingredient per slice. The chicken was disgusting & Dry. It's taste & consistency was as if it had been cooked 3/4 hours prior & left on a hot counter, resulting in it drying out etc.

The best thing about the whole order was the bottled Coca-Cola.

To say the standards have Continued to drop over the last year is putting it politely & an understatement, & until the bracknell branch get their bearings back together. I will no longer being an active customer of their establishment.

Beware of the man old man who drives a red delivery car. Did my order over "justeat" and was expected a time of 22:15. I get an unexpected phone call at 21:45 from a rather annoyed and angry man telling me that here was here, outside. I quickly got up. Collected the money and went to see him. He calls me up at 21:48 telling me he'll leave if I'm not here in the next minute. By this point I was waiting outside the entrance wondering where he was. He drives up behind me handed me my order and starts yelling at me because I wasn't in the right location and that I didn't put an address on the place I was meant to meet him at(I dont believe you can order a delivery takeaway without an address. I had given the full address). After about 5minutes of him yelling at me saying I was disrespectful and that he never wanted to do a delivery for this place again I asked him to leave since he would also be late for his other deliveries. Just after he left I noticed that one of my orders wasn't in the bag i phoned up the tops oriental and told them of what just happened and that he failed to give me my full order. The man on the phone understood the situation and offered that I get a free item next time I ordered. I highly doubt I will order again after the unnecessary hassle I had...
