USA Fried Chicken — Restaurant in England

Lost a regular customer today. Messed our order up and when we politely told them that they made a mistake they rudely made out we were lying. They gave in in the end aslong as they take the burger back, which we didnt ask for. Probably so they can reheat and sell. They tried to say it's the pandemics fault because they're short staffed. Think the guy needs sacking because he has no customer service skills and no apology was made. Cant blame his hearing on the pandemic! Had to wait 2 hours in the end for our second part of the order and now the foods cold. Evening spoiled avoid...

Visited several times now, every time is perfect. Chicken is great, burgers are juicy, fries aren’t too greasy and have a good crunch. Cannot say a bad word about the food. Service is always fast, very polite girl usually serving, but the guys are great too.

This is what a local takeout should be like, welcoming and providing good hearty junk food for the local people.

Well done chaps, you’re the first fast food place to ever receive a compliment from me... and I’m usually a fussy/snobby eater. You’re my ultimate...

Second time I have visited this place,now I understand why it's never busy. My first bad experience I shall not give details here because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time I ordered a meal which included a drink,when I came to collect and pay, no drink in the bag. I pointed this out and he gave me a can then took the money he had charged me at least 2 pounds for the can or shortchanged me. No salad on the half pounder.
