Uzii’s Cookies - High Wycombe — Restaurant in England

Horrible experience. Food took 1hr and 45 mins. Food was ice cold and the ice cream melted. Churros were cold and rock hard. The pancakes were store bought mini pancakes, cold, and chewy. The owner is also horrible. We kept calling to ask where our food was. He lied and said that the driver was a justeat driver and not their own, however, there was no tracking on JustEat so clearly it was their own driver. We kept calling and they were not picking up. After 20 mins of calling, we eventually got through and he lied again and said that the driver delivered the food to the wrong address and he would personally prepare our food again and deliver it within 20 mins. However, magically, the food came 5 mins later, and was ice cold. Clearly, the food wasn't delivered to the wrong address, they just took ages to deliver. He even had me on hold while he "spoke to the delivery driver." Absolutely shocking way these people conduct business. Do yourself a favor and never order from these people. The food is trash, delivery takes hours, food is cold, overpriced, it's cooked using ready made Asda products and cooked in some random dude's home kitchen. I'm all for supporting small businesses but NOT when they treat their customers the way...

All If you know me, you know I am a foodie! And ever since the 2nd baby I have had an increased requirement to reward myself the best quality food and desserts! I was working in High Wycombe and was treated to the most delicious desserts! I highly rate Uzii's Cookies the whole process from ordering to delivery was smooth and does not disappoint! The presentation was 😍 I mean look for yourself!! The nachos were the best I have had in a long time from anywhere!! The Guacamole, salsa, sour cream, melted cheese throughout the layers of crispy tortilla chips! Was epic! The mini chocolate covered doughnuts with sliced strawberries were bite sized pieces of heaven! And the cookie dough was just perfectly warm enough along side the still very cold rich ice cream!! Salted caramel flavoured ice cream that was, along with the plain vanilla as well!! Then to top it off and wash it down with a tango blueberry blast! Yoooooooooooooooo! Uzii’s hits the spot and is a definite winner and saved in my favourites for any Wycombe visits!

ordered here a few times first couple times it was amazing loads of toppings and sauce on the waffles, fast delivery everything was good but the couple recent orders have been a bit of a let down, they have become a lot more stingy with the toppings, the waffle looked quite sad if i’m honest barely a drizzle of sauce and there was a few stale Ferrero Rochers on top, wasn’t pleasant to chew, i asked them to substitute the chocolate sauce for their chocolate hazelnut sauce instead but they didn’t, they advertise a chocolate hazelnut sauce on one of their other waffles so i thought it wouldn’t be a problem to have that instead but clearly it was. They charge £10 for the waffle, i could justify spending that much on the first few orders as i was actually getting my moneys worth as there was actually a good amount of sauce and toppings, but it’s quite cheeky charging the same amount when you’re actually getting less than before. Wish i took a picture to show a before and after but i didn’t think that i’d have to write this review. All in all they do produce good quality products they just need to be a bit more generous...
