Uncle Sami — Restaurant in England

I could give your a 1 star for not returning my salaam.

I don't live in wyc but come here, i usually come to sami , but last few times iv been disappointed with food. I gave 5 star based on pervious visits. Uncle sami burger wasn't that great, chips were small and cold. No drink or sauce offered had to go back for drink.

I usually get kebab which is tasty, last time i got a burger forgot which one but it was really nice. The employee had just made it for himself when i walked in so he gave me his one and made another for himself. Might have been nicer as he made it for himself.

Overall dissatisfied, 5 star because when i first started going i really liked the place but didn't leave a review. I don't think i would go back, at least not that often anyway.

Paid £30 for a platter, would not even give a extra free sauce when asked, without charging for it. I wanted to treat my two boys, a platter arrived with a large portion of bland rice, small portion of meat and small portion of salad. 1 side portion of chips, This was supposed to be a platter for 2/3 adults. my boys are young and was not enough food to feed the 3 of us. Overpriced. will not be visiting again. They have no concept of good customer service. Avoid and go somewhere that do not penny pinch and customer service is a priority. On of the boys said "We should have gone to K's dad" A local peri peri chicken shop. They were not wrong. Came away feeling saddened from this experience. Recently, I placed an order for food from Uncle Sami Group. I was pleased to find that they paid close attention to the specific instructions I had provided. Upon arrival, the food was of excellent quality, both in terms of taste and quantity. However, there was an issue with the delivery driver. He displayed a lack of care in handling the food, resulting in one of the large containers of sauce spilling open within the bag and creating a mess. It would be beneficial if the Uncle Sami team could improve their packaging methods or provide instructions to the drivers to handle the food with greater care. Despite this issue, Uncle Sami Group remains an excellent choice for Middle Eastern cuisine. Keep it up...
