Waterfields — Restaurant in England

My wife used to come here a lot of a jacket potato but it’s literally ridiculous how tight they are on their toppings. When you ask for beans it’s mainly bean juice, my wife has just come home with a jacket potato, barely any cheese and loads of bean JUICE and there was literally 14 beans!! Which yes we did count because it was that pathetic. You have lost a weekly, sometimes even daily customer now! And even if you measure the beans which I’m sure you do, you need to train your staff to not just add 90% bean juice and 10% beans!!! Literally a joke!!! £5.05 for a jacket potato where she has had to still come home and do her own...

Just called into this shop to pick up a quick pasty, however apparently it takes three members of staff to serve the one customer who had placed his order in front of me!!! One lady turning bacon in the fryer, whilst the other two deep in conversation about whatever, but not once did any of them even acknowledge me, or apologise for any delay, eventually I left, as I consider none of these ladies had any clue about customer service!! I’ve just had a cheese and onion pasty from this place and it’s the worst one yet!! The pasty itself was very dry indeed, with very little dry filling, which has seen hardly any cheese and onion! It was mainly potato, very dry indeed. Everything about it was powdery!! £2.85 was the cost. The pasties at waterfields are getting progressively worse, year on year. I’ll never waste my money...
