West Park Community Cafe — Restaurant in England

The only reason I ever go there now is that it allows dogs in, and it's convenient to pop in to the park on the way home from the vet.

The staff are friendly enough, but don't speak English, which on the last two visits I've made just made ordering hard work.

The food I've eaten, which was just cheese burger and chips, was really awful. The chips were aneamic looking and hard, and the burger was barely warm. I went today (07 02 2024) to give the place the benefit of the doubt after my last visit. Sadly, the poor quality was repeated.

The coffee is weak and tastes burned to me.

The cafe used to be so much nicer. I wonder what...

Lovely little Park Café. Our first time eating here and thought it looked quite expensive on first glance but the food was really, really good. Tasty and piping hot when served. The chips were amazing and nothing like the oven-style chips were expecting. Toilet facilities are big, bright and clean. Lots of families, children and dogs. The outside seating area was so pleasant because of the weather. The inside looks slightly tired but certainly adequate....

Just called in for coffee , they do quite a few at reasonable prices . This is a cafe on the same model as most cafés, so I need not write a list. There is a reasonable amount of seating inside and out , with views over the Park of West Park Goole. A free Car Park is on site , as are toilet facilities. A really clean and well kept park with friendly and helpful staff. The cafe was looking for volunteer staff...
