Wicked Shakes N Cakes — Restaurant in England

Ordered 2x cakes and 2x shakes was delivered the wrong order told the delivery driver its wrong he says he'll go check in the car then drives off. Spend the next 2 and a half hours ringing the shop to find out when its coming, to then get a call from the driver who tells me the order was right and i obviously disagree since i have the email receipt qnd the order up on JustEat which leads to him threatening to come to my door and knock me out quality service from this cake shop definitely do not recommend. To start off with 1 star is still higher then I'd give this place as a person that works in a kitchen I am shocked at what I've just received I bought a waffle that had clearly been frozen and warmed up slightly as it was still frozen in the center and a bit of chocolate spread slapped on top not even melted and payed extra for ice cream that was full of little chunks of ice if I was the owner I'd be shutting the door and walking away or at least get the correct staff to do the job...

Please do not waste your money! Ordered waffle and dessert pizza and cookie dough. Waffle was not home made and was one of the ones you can get packaged in a shop.
