Zena's Cafe — Restaurant in England

Ordered on line was given a time, food 45 minutes late. Rang after 20 minutes to be told "it's on its way" on the delivery notes I'd asked for specific ingredients to be left out and the sandwich came with the items I didn't like so was thrown in the bin. The guy that delivered the food was rude no apology for late food, practically shoved the order in my hand. Food was warm and again most gone in the bin won't be ordering again we've tried it couple of times and hadn't been it's best then but we always try to support local businesses wont recommend to anyone won't be...

Have ordered food for delivery several times now. Each time they have always taken almost 2 hours to turn up but today they took the absolute p*! Ordered a delivery at 11.30am and it jas literaly just turned up now at 10 past 2...almost 3 hours!!!! Have given them benefit of the doubt too many time now so after today we will never order a delivery from them again. Why offer a service if you cannot supply the demand in a timely manner. Such as a shame as food is usually nice...

What a little Gem, came to use the new Leisure facility and Baths , then we asked someone there for a Breakfast cafe, he recommended Zena's. Gorgeous, clean tidy, efficient, great local Girls very welcoming, we enjoyed a small breakfast and a great cup of hot tea .....lovely atmosphere, felt relaxed, just what we were looking for, so really can't recommend Zena's enough.
