My mum has asked me to write a review as she was so happy with her afternoon tea at Zest. She has to have gluten free food due to having coeliac disease and we’ve been to a few afternoon teas and she’s not had many options/it’s very basic. There are a few table outside on the pavement frontage to use on a an appropriate weather day. The menu is simple but the food is freshly made, I called in for a takeaway breakfast sandwich, it was cooked to perfection and consisted of a large plate sized 'bap' filled with 2 eggs 2 sausages 2 rashers of bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes all fresh and not microwaved and excellent value at £4-50.
