Fratelli Bites & Coffee — Restaurant in Epping Forest

Very disappointed. Firstly I asked for a bacon and cheese brioche. Lady behind the till gave me a look as in to say that’s a weird order and pulled a face. Then told me there’s no cheese. Fine, no problem, I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. I had to repeat every single thing as she put it through the system.

Found her rude to everything I ordered and said and pulling faces. Then the drinks came and chocolate sauce all down the side told the glass. She shouted over to ask if we wanted cream to which my partner said no thanks, and she said obviously not the cafe late, the milkshake. Why not specify what drink you’re referring to rather than trying to mug your customers off.

Says it comes with home made coleslaw and side of fries. Then the food was rubbish. Opened a small packet of cheese and onion walkers and halved on the plate. Then ONE FORKFUL OF COLESLAW.

Overall not impressed and won’t be...

Went on a trip from leicester to the secret nuclear bunker down the road which is also a 10/10 experience. Our group was very hungry and its the first place we came too and never before in my life have i had food like that which was served, the triple cooked chips were perfect, my mother couldn't stop talking about how good the coffee was and my chicken salad burger was probably the best thing ive ever eaten. If you ever come across this cafe please go in because you haven't lived until you try that food. 10/10 perfect...

Best coffee ☕️ in Ongar, lovely baugettes, friendly staff clean and cosy seating area, amazing freshly bakwd cakes/biscuts! Always a lovely smell of pizzas cooking in the pizza oven .. so today we decided to order a delivery .. and we were not dissapointed, pizza was extremly tasty and reminded us of being in Italy and a side portion of chips which did not didsapoint and were also yummy!
