Edited because i can no longer respond for some reason! Mmmm
Been here several times & altogether its been very nice. A group of us take the children , we put a considerable amount of business thier way. We sit outside & the kids play etc while us mums chat. My one friend has a 2 year old. He tends to like to run off down the path which leads straight on to the road. I spoke with the owner today & asked if they'd consider putting a little gate their as it would be beneficial for alot of customers, . She got pretty sarcastic rather quickly & said its not a playground , its a cafe & it's up to parents to parent their kids & keep them under control & that there will be no gate... when I said, so this isn't really family friendly, she replied, children are welcome if kept under control. She repeated several times about it not being a playground, its a cafe. Which i found so unwelcoming. So strap your 2 year olds to the chair people! Haha they won't be getting our custom any longer. The sarcastic smile & complete rudeness guaranteed that!
Edited part... Firstly, somebody on your pay role is telling customers that they are co owner. You are denying it. That's for you to fix. Second, in your first response, you made me out to be a liar, about said Co owner, you asked I emailed. my email was about 4 or 5 lines, expressing that I did not appreciate your saying that. Third. The only insult I have given ( & feel free to print the email) was that the older blonde , imitating being co owner was down right rude!so again, feel free to prove I've said anything other than that :) Last but nor least, it wasn't about the refusal to put a gate in. It was the words that were used, like " have better control of your kids this is not a playground ". Strange how you've denied your co owner exists instead of apologising for rude members of staff. Odd. Not good management atall. Ps. You have deleted your previous response & completely...

So we picked to have it there! (Grate Choice) From start to finish it was amazing. The girls and the food was outstanding. We couldn’t fault them in way. It was so amazing and we was made to feel very welcome. We decorated to are choice and was able to feel relaxed doing so. They was happy for us to make are own cake and take it in as well. We had the whole shop to are self and they shut early for us, it was just outstanding. If anyone is to ask myself for places to go or places to higher for events, coco and bliss will be at the top and would highly recommend them. Couldn’t thank you all enough. Read moreAlways such a lovely experience coming here. The food, coffee and sweet treats are always top tier but what really makes this place stand out - is the ladies. They are so warm, welcoming and go above and beyond. I am always so excited to come back in again. After moving over from New Zealand (which is renowned for its incredible coffee - and invented the flat white) I’ve found it hard to find somewhere that does a decent coffee. After travelling all over the UK.. It’s the BEST coffee I’ve had over here and I would say on par with the coffees in New Zealand. Thank you for making me feel right at home. I can’t wait to come back in...
