Royal Spring — Restaurant in Forest of Dean

Tucked away from the main roads, this is a rare find that is DEFINITELY worth a visit. The food was of a superb standard, with any steak that was requested to be cooked to a certain standard (medium rare & rare were our two) cooked to perfection. The main courses arrived with a satisfying delay as they were cooked to order - and leaving us salivating with the smells coming from there kitchen. Although we didn't use it, there was a skittles alley at the rear of the venue. Furthermore, if you're worried about leaving your dogs in the car, or at home, then don't. Well behaved dogs are welcome throughout the building! Speaking of "the building", don't be put off by the exterior. It shows small windows that are gently lit from inside, possibly looking like it's closed. If it's during published hours, then they are open - and inside is a dining room, bar area and the mentioned alley - definitely larger on the inside than the outside. The WiFi is free, the password clearly displayed, and the connectivity is good throughout. There's even good coverage outside, so if you need to have a smoke, you can still surf away. This is a pub that we have passed hundreds of times, as it's on our way home - but never stopped to try it. During the summer there are people outside, sitting on the wall directly outside or in the garden to the front. Driving home on a hot summer evening, passing the Spring and politely waiting for people to cross the road with drinks balanced - the temptation to stop, park up and go in so, so high; I've no idea why we hadn't been in before, but you can guarantee that we will be visiting many times in the future. Je suis énormément déçu,leurs produits ne fonctionne pas et coûtent très chers.j ai mis de l argent à la poubelle.j ai eu un problème au début de ma commande car Ils ont essayé de me prélever plusieurs fois avec les numéros de ma carte bleue qui avait gardé alors que normalement ils devaient s en servir que pour ma commande.ils ont réussi à me prélever 149,99€ à force d essayer sans me prévenir.au bout d une semaine de démarches par mail (énervé et menace de mauvaise pub) sur leur Site car il n'y a que là qu on peut les joindre ils ont fini par me rembourser mais j'ai dû faire opposition à ma carte et prendre un service de changement de codes pour régler mes achats par Internet à cause d eux car je n'ai plus confiance aux paiements par carte bleue. Donc je suis déçu de leurs produits ainsi que leur service pour les contacter, très difficile de les joindre.et il y à du forcing quand ils vous contact pour que vous prenez un programme du coup vous finissez par dire oui.Je conseille à toutes personnes de couper court si vous avez un commercial de chez eux.
