Greggs — Restaurant in Gateshead

Lovely, friendly staff who are all very quick and efficient. It has become a popular location for people driving to work, school runs, and it's also very handy for when you're on a local walk too. They always double-check if I have the Greggs app or coffee stamp card. Brillaint selection of both hot/cold food, sweet treats, and snacks - my food has always been nice and hot or warm enough to still be delicious. I'm happy to report that this is one of my regular haunts, and I will continue...

I visited Greggs today with a friend.We both commented on the outstanding customer service from the manager and other staff.They work so efficiently but also care about the customer experience andthefood was delicious.Every visit we have the same exceptional service and would like this to be acknowledged by senior Greggs management. Thank you once again Blaydon branch for your wonderful service and because of this we will both be visiting again...

Last thing on a Saturday, needed a pit stop for the big chap as he had been so good at Blaydon walk in centre.

Shop was empty and a pink sprinkle donut and a cuppa tea had his name on it.

Perfect and so much cheaper and better quality than the american owned chains.

Keep in the cash in the UK ! rely on Greggs (please put on additional staff to keep it clean, as the staff cannot clean and serve...
